No. UGC content is not posted to your own page. It is used by brands in their own marketing campaigns, ads, and social media. No following required from you!

You do not need to have content creation experience, but simply need to be willing to learn. Editing apps are very user friendly these days and any average person can learn how to edit these simple UGC videos. You must also be comfortable being in front of the camera and talking to the camera (I teach you everything you need to know to film, edit, and practice getting comfortable on camera)!

Any phone camera that can shoot at 1080p and 30fps will work :) AKA, and smartphone made in the past 5 years will work great.
